We kindly recommend insured shipping.
If insured shipping is not used KITT is not responsible for any damage.
The buyer must open and check the package in front of the courier.
If the package gets damaged during shipping the buyer must ask the courier to complete the damage report.
The delivery report must be signed by the courier and the buyer must keep a copy of it.
KITT Tuning will not accept subsequent complaints without the official record of the damage/s.
Thank you for your understanding!If items were lost or damaged during shippingIf the packages were lost stolen or damaged during transportation the buyer must provide in 1 single e-mail:
1. Order number or payment method (if PayPal transaction id)
2. tracking number
3. the delivery report from the courier (the report must be signed both by the courier and the buyer)
4. clear photos showing the damage (photos of the box and photos of the damaged items)
5. a clear report in maximum 24h from the moment of delivery of the status of the damaged items or missing items.

These are high quality aftermarket parts.
Most of our car parts and components are fully customized and modified - as you know already, not stuff that you see every day, at ordinary cars on the streets.
So, as a result of that - please allow between 1 and 2 weeks for the products to be shipped from our factory.
