Return & Refund Policy
We want every order to be clear, traceable and handled properly. Because many automotive parts are fitment-sensitive, please check compatibility before installing, painting, modifying or wiring any product.
Return window
You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply under EU law.
Condition for return
To be eligible for return, the item must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, undamaged, complete, with all accessories, manuals, labels and original packaging where reasonably possible. You will also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.
Fitment-sensitive parts
Headlights, tail lights, body kits, bumpers, splitters, spoilers, grilles, electronic modules and other vehicle-specific products must be test-checked before installation. Installed, wired, painted, cut, drilled, modified or damaged products may not be accepted for return unless the issue is caused by our error or a confirmed defect.
Non-returnable items
Custom-made, made-to-order, special-order, personalized, painted, modified or clearly used products may be non-returnable unless required by law or unless the product is defective or incorrectly supplied.
How to request a return
Use the Request Order Return link in your account, or contact us at razvan@sir-tuning.com with your order number, the item you want to return and the reason for return.
Items sent back without an approved return request may not be accepted.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with photos of the product, packaging and shipping label. Do not install or modify the item before we review the issue.
Return shipping
If the return is due to our mistake or a confirmed defect, we will advise the proper solution. For buyer's remorse, wrong vehicle selection, changed mind or incorrect fitment details supplied by the customer, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.
Refunds
After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.
