Shipping & Delivery Policy
We ship automotive lighting, body styling, tuning parts and vehicle accessories with tracked delivery whenever tracking is available for the selected route.
Processing before dispatch
Automotive parts can depend on exact fitment: model year, body style, trim, bumper type, facelift/pre-facelift version, headlight type and regional specification can matter. If we need more information before dispatch, we may contact you to confirm fitment so the correct part is sent.
In-stock items are normally prepared quickly. Special-order, made-to-order, oversized or supplier-dispatched products may require additional handling time before shipment.
Delivery estimates
- European warehouse stock: normally 3-7 business days after dispatch.
- Supplier or factory dispatch: normally 7-20 business days, depending on the item and destination.
- Oversized body kit or freight items: delivery time can vary by route, product size and carrier availability.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Weather, customs checks, carrier delays, holidays and remote-area routing can affect delivery times.
Shipping cost
The shipping cost shown at checkout is the shipping cost for that order. Where free tracked shipping is shown for eligible products or destinations, no extra shipping charge is added at checkout for that eligible shipment.
Tracking
When tracking is available, tracking details are sent by email after dispatch. Some freight or supplier routes may update tracking only after the parcel reaches a carrier hub.
Customs, taxes and import charges
Orders shipped across borders may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, brokerage fees or local taxes. These charges are set by the destination country and are the customer's responsibility unless checkout clearly states otherwise.
Damaged packages
Please inspect the package before installation. If a product arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photos of the packaging, photos of the product and a short description of the issue. Keep the packaging until the carrier claim is resolved.
Incorrect address or refused delivery
The customer is responsible for entering a complete and correct delivery address. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal or unpaid import charges, any return shipping or reshipping cost may be deducted from the refund or charged before reshipment.
