Products and fitment

Sir-Tuning.com sells automotive lighting, body styling, tuning parts and vehicle accessories. Many products are vehicle-specific. Fitment can depend on model year, body style, trim, facelift/pre-facelift version, bumper type, headlight type, wiring and regional vehicle specification.

Product descriptions, photos and fitment notes are provided to help you choose correctly, but they do not replace checking your exact vehicle. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering.

Orders

An order is placed when you complete checkout and receive an order confirmation. We may contact you after checkout if fitment, availability, delivery route or product details need confirmation before dispatch.

We may refuse, cancel or refund an order where a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced, unsuitable for the stated vehicle, affected by supplier issues, or where the order appears fraudulent or incomplete.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the website and may change without notice before an order is placed. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment must be completed before an order is processed unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Delivery

Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Estimated delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs duties, import VAT, brokerage fees or local charges may apply for cross-border deliveries and are the customer's responsibility unless checkout clearly states otherwise.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Fitment-sensitive parts must not be installed, painted, modified, wired or damaged before a return request is reviewed.

Installation and use

Automotive parts should be installed by a competent person or professional workshop where appropriate. The customer is responsible for checking local road-use rules, inspection requirements and legal requirements before installing or using aftermarket parts.

Accuracy of information

We work to keep product and policy information accurate. If an error is identified, we may correct it and, where needed, contact affected customers with the proper solution.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss, improper installation, misuse, vehicle incompatibility caused by incorrect customer information, or damage caused after installation or modification.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to SIRNET LUXURY S.R.L., without limiting mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in the customer's country of residence.
