Strict Quality Control: Dimensional verification (OD, thickness, friction annulus); radial / lateral runout and roundness, dynamic balance, surface flatness and finish check. NDT (ultrasonic / visual) for matrix integrity and porosity, heat-cycle / thermal-shock screening, oxidation-barrier / coating inspection, directional vane and L / R marking verification, hat/bell machining tolerances and bolt circle accuracy, hardware preload / torque audit.
